2 cans (16oz.) refried beans
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
1 16oz. jar of salsa(medium and thick and chunky)

Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain fat. Add hamburger to all other ingredients and cook on low. Scrape the sides of the crock pot occasionally. Dip with Scoops or tortilla chips.
