1/2 c. chopped jalepeno chilies/ or 1 4 oz. can
(leave seeds in)
1/2 c. chopped green peppers (anaheim) (seeds out)
2 c. chopped bell pepers (seeds out)
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
dash salt
1 bottle pectin or two pouches

Directions:
Directions:
Blend peppers and vinegar in a blender, pour into saucepan. Add sugar and boil 3-4 minutes. Add salt, remove from heat and add 4 drops green food coloring. Add pectin. Stir well and return to heat and boil 1 minute more. Pour into eight 8 oz. baby food jars. Refrigerate.
