Baked Spaghetti Recipe

1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 large onion
1 32oz. can or jar of Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb. spaghetti-cooked and drained
1 c. water
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
16 oz. mozzerella cheese
8 oz. parmesan cheese
16 oz. cottage cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 11x13 in. pan. Brown sausage and onion in large pan. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce with water. Simmer until thick. Toss spaghetti with eggs, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzerella cheese until well mixed. Spoon spaghetti and cheese mixture into casserole dish. Press down. Cover with cottage cheese. Spoon sauce on top and poke with holes over entire dish using a wooden spoon. Bake for 20 min. Remove from heat. Sprinkle rest of mozzerella cheese over top and bake an additional 10-15 min. longer. Cool 10 min.
