1 1/2 cup sweet cream
6 cups flour or more
3 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup crisco
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder

Filling:
4 eggs
2 cup cream or canned milk
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp lemon or vanilla flavoring
1 package vanilla or lemon instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and chill before rolling or pat in pie pans.

FILLING:
Mix eggs, cream or canned milk, sugar, lemon or vanilla flavoring, add vanilla or lemon instant pudding. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on filling. Bake at 12 to 15 minutes in 400º oven. Makes 15 - 18 kuchen.
