1 box of yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sliced granny smith apples
3/4 c. sugar-divided
1/2 c. chopped nuts-divided

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Pour half the cake mixture in a greased bundt pan. Mix apples, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c.of nuts, and cinnamon. Place on top of cake mixture in pan. Place remaining batter on top of the filling. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and nuts. Bake for 45-50 min. or until cake pulls slightly away from the pan.
