2 c. cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c.(8oz.) package macaroni, cooked
1 8oz. container of sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in macaroni. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 45 min. Let stand 10-15 min. before serving.
