1 pkg, yellow cake mix(w/pudding
1 11oz. can of mandarin oranges w/juice
4 eggs
1/2 c.vegetable oil

FROSTING:

1 8oz. carton cool whip,
1 20oz. can cushed pineapple(drained)
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Bake in 9x13 in. greased and floured pan for 20-30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

Mix all frosting ingredients together well and then frost cake.
