5 slices of bacon(finely chopped)
1 medium onion(finely chopped)
1 clove chopped garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. drained oil packed sun-dried tomatoes(finely chopped)
1 lb. sphagetti
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook bacon til brown and crisp. Pour off all but 2tbsp. fat from skillet. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook til onion is tender. Add cream, tomatoes, and bacon until cream is slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Cook pasta in salted water until it is cooked and slightly soft. Reserve 1c. cooking water. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Add cheese at this time, adding enough of the reserved cooking water to this sauce as desired.
