1 3/4 cup sugar
4 unbeaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup corn oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp soda

Icing:
1 package confectioners' sugar
2 tsp vanilla
8-oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil until light and fluffy, add eggs, creaming well. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to first mixture. Fold in grated carrots and nuts. Bake at 350º.

ICING:
Cream together and spread on cake.
