1 lb Rotini pasta (spiral)
1 1/2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cube butter
1 - 16oz carton sour cream
1 T dehydrated onion flakes
1 T dried parsley
Tabasco sauce to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 - 1/2 C dry breadcrumbs

Directions:

Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Stir cheddar cheese and butter into warm pasta. Reserve a little cheese for the top of the casserole. Add sour cream and stir again. Add onion and parsley flakes, tabasco and pepper. Fold all ingredients together and pour into lightly buttered casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs and reserved cheese and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 325 oven for about 30 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly. If you prefer a creamy mac and cheese, you may add up to 1/2 C milk, a little at a time, with the sour cream.
