4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 cans cream corn
1 can whole corn
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine eggs and sugar and beat well. Blend flour, baking powder and salt and mix into egg mixture alternately with milk. Drain whole corn and add to mixture along with cream corn. Pour melted butter into mixture and blend well. Bake in a large oblong casserole dish at 350º for 30 minutes covered and 30 to 45 minutes uncovered or until brown.
