3 c flour, can do all or 1/2 whole wheat if desired
1/4 c sugar or less
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c butter, melted
1 c buttermilk
2 Tbls sesame seeds (toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the dry ingredients and cut in the butter until it looks lie bread crumbs. Mix inthe buttermilk to make a soft dough. Roll dough out thin on heavily floured board. Slice like breadsticks or as desired. Bake at 350º on ungreased pan until golden, abut 12 minutes. It burns easily the last few minutes, so watch it closely.

Cool and store in airtight container if they last that long.
