1 6oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c peanut butter (creamy)
6-7 c corn chex or crispix
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt chocolate chips. Stir in peanut butter until all melted and mixed well. Stir this over the cereal. When it is well stirred in, put it in a gallon size zip lock bag and put the powdered sugar in with it. Shake until well coated.

The cereal shouldn't clump much. This is fun at Christmas time.
