Ingredients: 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 2 Tbsp. cold water 1/4 cup boiling water 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa 2 cups (1 pint) cold whipping cream 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 packaged (9 oz.) graham cracker crumb crust sweetened whipped cream Hershey's mini kisses baking pieces

Directions:Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl; let stand 2 min. to soften. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture clear. Cool slightly. Mix sugar and cocoa in large bowl; add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat on medium speed, scraping bottom of bowl often, until mixture is still. Pour in gelatin mixture; beat until well blended. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate about 3 hrs. Garnish with whipped cream and mini kisses. Store covered in refrigerator. |

Notes: I got this recipe from Nicole back when she and her family lived behind us here in Provo. We must have gotten together for Thanksgiving dinner when she first made it for us. Nicole's husband, Brent, was my husband, Brian's, best friend all growing up. When I came out to BYU, Nicole and Brent set Brian and I up on a blind date. And the rest is history! :) We really enjoyed having Brent and Nicole living close to us. They are good friends. I will forever be in debt to Nicole for all of the dishes she washed for me while I was pregnant with my twins! :)
