1 pound bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean hot preferred)
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups Bisquick
Tabasco sauce, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.

Work together cheese, sausage, and Bisquick until it is like dough, adding Bisquick as needed rather than all at once. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 15 minutes until brown. Remove immediately with spatula.
