6 lbs. ground beef
6 slices stale bread, soaked in milk
1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
garlic, salt, & pepper, to taste
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
6 beaten eggs
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped

Sauce:
2 bottles of barbecue sauce
2 cans mushroom soup

Mix meatball ingredients together. Form into small balls. Fry in fat until browned. Drain. Blend barbecue sauce & mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs & simmer for about 30 minutes.
