1 1/4 cups sugar
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Flour
Butter
Pie crust pastry for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Peel and slice apples to fill the pan you want to use. Cover with sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Adjust amounts of flour and spices according to pan size.

Dot with butter and then put on a top crust. Sprinkle water on crust. Bake for about an hour.
