10-12 chicken tenders – May use boneless breast
1 stick of margarine
2-3 cups of water
flour
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Rice or Mashed Potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in baking pan or dish. There should be enough margarine so chicken can brown, so you may need to add more depending on amount of chicken and size of pan. Roll chicken tenders in flour and brown in oven, turning when brown. Mix cream of chicken soup with water, enough to cover chicken. Add soup mixture and allow to simmer until chicken is well done. Cover pan with aluminum foil while it simmers. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
