8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. Heath butter brickle chips
Granny Smith or other tart apples, sliced

Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Serve with crisp tart apples.
