1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp oregano
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp margarine
1 28 oz can chopped tomatoes, undrained
12 oz cooked spaghetti
2-3 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz can mushrooms, stems, and pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
╝ cup water
╝ cup parmesan cheese

SautÚ onions and peppers in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 inch dish. Top with half the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup and water until smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350║ for 30-35 minutes.
