Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Azteca Salad Shells
1 pint vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º. Remove salad shells package from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or until soft.

Mix cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg together in small bowl. Carefully remove ice cream from container, making sure it remains well frozen. Cut ice cream block into 4 equal sized rounds.
Place ice cream on each unbaked salad shell. Carefully wrap salad shell around ice cream, making sure ice cream is totally enclosed. Place smooth side up, spaced well apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake for 3 minutes or until crust is just beginning to turn golden in color. Remove from oven and place on serving dishes. Let stand and continue to crisp for 2 minutes. Top with honey.

Personal Notes:
This is one of the foods I made to impress Ryan when we first started dating. We still love to eat this yummy dessert. The recipe was on the inside of the box years ago, and I thought it sounded similar to fried ice cream that used to be at Chi Chi's Restaurants. I never add the nutmeg to the cinnamon mixture-personal preference.
