2 - 2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Brown on stovetop in oil. Place in 350º oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
