1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 stick or 4 tbsp margarine
2 eggs (cannot use egg substitute)
1 small pkg instant sugar free vanilla pudding
4-oz light cream cheese, softened
4-oz light Cool Whip
2 tbsp Hersheys chocolate syrup

Bring water and margarine to boil. Add flour and mix until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each is added. Spread into 8 x 8" or 9 x 9" square ungreased pan. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Let cool. Prepare pudding according to directions for pie using 2% milk. Beat cream cheese into pudding. Pour pudding, cream cheese mixture onto cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle syrup over top, lightly cutting through to make a marble effect. This is the "light" version. Each serving equals 185 calories, 10 grams fat.
