1 bag Chips Ahoy Cookies, set aside 4 cookies for topping;
2 cups milk;
1 big tub of Cool Whip, thawed.

Dip cookies in milk. Alternate layers of milk dipped cookies and Cool Whip in a 9 x 13" pan.
End with a layer of Cool Whip. Crumble the reserved 4 cookies on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour or so, and enjoy!
