1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups rhubarb, cut up
1/2 cup walnuts, cut up (optional)

Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle topping on cake. Bake 30 minutes 350º - 375º.
