6 hard rolls
1/2 cup butter, softened
Garlic salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tbsp butter
1/2 can tomato soup
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 lb hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a slice off top of rolls and hollow out center of each roll. Save crumbs for meat mixture. Season softened butter with garlic salt and spread on inside walls of rolls. Saute onion and green pepper in 1 tbsp butter. Soften bread crumbs in tomato soup and egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill hollow rolls with meat mixture. Package in foil (2 or 3 to a package) and freeze. To serve, bake at 350º for 1 hour if thawed first or 2 hours if put in oven frozen.
