1 cup mayo
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 Tbsp red pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp horseradish
1 Tbsp onion, minced
1 Tbsp green onion, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
shredded lettuce
6 deviled eggs(12 halves)
24 shrimp, cooked peeled & deveined
black olives
grape tomatoes


Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing by blending the first 10 ingredients. (everything up to the lettuce).
On 4 individual plates, place shredded lettuce. Arrange 6 shrimp, 3 deviled egg halves, black olives, and grape tomatoes on each salad. Spoon dressing over all. Some crusty rolls, or sourdough bread go well with this.
