1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. finely grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb. bacon
3 boxes button mushrooms
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork sausage and drain; reserving the grease. Clean and remove stems from the mushrooms; reserving the stems. Chop the mushroom stems very fine and brown in the reserved pork sausage grease. Dice bacon very small and brown with the stems. Drain any remaining grease from the stems. Combine sausage with the bacon and stems. Let cool to room temperature. Mix cheese and bread crumbs into the stem mixture. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and bake at 350° to 400° until brown.
