1 ¼ c sweetened cocoa powder
½ c powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c green de menthe
1 ½ c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
For bottom layer: In small pan, combine ½ c margarine and the cocoa. Heat and stir till well blended. Remove from heat; add ½ c powdered sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs; mix well. Press into ungreased 13X9X2 pan. Middle layer: Melt another ½ c margarine. Combine this margarine and crème de menthe on low speed; beat in 3 c powdered sugar till smooth. Spread over crust. Chill 1 hour.
Top layer: Combine ¼ c margarine and chips. Cook and stir till melted. Spread over mint layer. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Cut in small squares and store in fridge.
