1/2 lb calves liver or chicken liver
1/3 c salad dressing
2 T minced parsley
1 T minced onion
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer liver in water to cover for 25-30 minutes or till done. Put through finest blade of food chopper (or grinder).
Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly, cover; chill overnight. Serve with crisp crackers.
