1 cup sweet potatoes, vacuum packed
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
3 tbsp Durkee's dressing
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes and eggs with electric mixer (blender works better); add other ingredients and form into balls and chill. This is nice with ham or on a relish tray.
