1 8 3/4-oz can (1 cup) unpeeled apricot halves
2 3-oz pkgs or 1 6-oz pkg lemon flavored gelatin
1 12-oz can (1 1/2 cups) apricot nectar, chilled
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and coarsely chop apricots, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to equal 2 cups liquid. Pour into saucepan and bring to boiling. Add gelatin and stir till dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in chilled apricot nectar. Chill till partially set. Fold in chopped apricots and strawberries. Turn into 5 or 6 cup ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold on plate. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise and a little lemon peel, serve with salad. Makes 10 servings.
