1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1/3 cup Peanut butter
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Flour
1 cup rolled oats
8 oz Chocolate chips

ICING:
1 cup Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 cup Peanut butter
4 tbsp Milk (or up to 8 tbsp)



Directions:
Directions:
Blend egg, peanut butter, soda, salt, vanilla, flour and oats. Spread in 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let stand 5 minutes, then spread the melted chips on top.
Mix together icing ingred. with mixer. Spread icing over chocolate topping when cool. Cut into bars when cool.
