1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 Slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together gently. Put in loaf pan or shape on cookie sheet. Bake 350 one hour. Let stand 5 minutes. Microwave - temp probe 170 degrees on high, stand 10 minutes.

MUST USE HEINZ 57 SAUCE.
