2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Accent
1 pkg. Buddig Beef
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 green onions, chopped
chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese. Chop the Buddig Beef into small pieces. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Accent in a large bowl until smooth. Add in chopped beef, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix well. Form into a ball in the bowl and sprinkle with parsley to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with your favorite crackers.
