Ingredients:  
7 small yellow squash
1/4 cup crushed saltines
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream
Bread crumbs and butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice squash. Boil in salted water till tender. Drain and mash. Saute onion in butter. Add cream and crackers. Stir and cook a few minutes. Mix with squash and place in 1-1/2 qt greased casserole. Cover with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
