1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk

Combine above ingredients in medium bowl, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes

I got this recipe from Southern Living years ago and I still make these muffins today. I like them because they are a little sweet.
