1 16 oz. package hot dogs.
1 8 oz. package noodles
1 1/4 c. parmesan cheese.
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter.
2 T. flour.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 c. packed brown sugar.
1/4 c. mayonnaise.
2 T. prepared mustard.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, drain and return to pot.
Stir in cheese, milk, butter, flour, and salt.
Pour into 9X12 buttered casserole.
Combine hot dogs with the brown sugar, mayonnaise, and mustard and put on top of noodles.

When we were first married and funds were tight we had tuna casserole quite often. So often that Uncle Paul tactfully said "enough already!" I discovered this recipe in a magazine and it became a cheap favorite. We've had it often in our 41 years of marriage. In fact, Uncle Paul requests this as his birthday dinner.
