3 cups cooked chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup onion
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 box Rice-a-Roni stuffing wild rice
3 eggs
1 tsp parsley
2 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup longhorn grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, salt, onion, mushroom pieces and mayonnaise and mix well. Place 1/2 dressing in buttered 9 x 13", top with chicken mixture and rest of dressing. Beat eggs and milk, pour over. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or freeze). Next day spread soup on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for a few minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand before cutting. Makes 12 - 15 servings.
