1 unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/4. t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Stir in sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Gradually stir in milk; mix well. Place pie shell on oven rack; pour in filling. Bake at 400º for 10 min. Then reduce heat to 350º and bake 30 min. or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate.
