1/3 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
6 T. flour
3 c. cooked ham strips
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked
1/8 t. pepper
& drained
3 1/3 c. milk
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 3 qt. saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour, mustard and pepper. Stir in milk. Cook until mixture thickens and boils. Reduce heat to low.
Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in ham, peas and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until hot. Do not boil. Serve over baked potatoes.
