1/2 lb. sausage, crumbled and
1/4 t. salt
precooked
3/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese grated
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 T. butter
dash pepper

6 eggs slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and cook crumbled sausage.
Spread cheese in buttered 8 x 8 pan. Spread sausage. Dot with butter. Mix seasonings and cream. Mix with eggs and pour over sausage & cheese. Bake at 325º for 35 min. or until eggs are set.
This is Reuben's favorite company breakfast, together with Struesel coffee cake.
