8 fillets or pieces
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup corn flakes crumbs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in baking dish and place in 375º oven until melted (watch carefully). Dip fish in egg, then in crumbs mixed with cheese. Coat well. Place each fillet in butter, turning to coat all sides with butter. Season to taste. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
