Directions: |
Directions:Lay out squares of aluminum foil shiny side inward. Shape beef into patties (like making a hamburger) & lay on the foil. Peel a few potatoes & cut into cubes. Peel & slice carrots & slice a sweet onion. On top of each beef patty place an onion slice. On top of that add some potato cubes & carrot slices. Salt & pepper & bundle up the edges of the foil around all of it, like a big Hershey's kiss. Place on a big cookie sheet and bake @ 350 for an hour. |

Notes: I fixed these for the kids when they were little. If they don't like onions, leave it off. They always liked the idea that they had their own little supper bundle. Make sure to vent the foil when you get them out of the oven, so the steam doesn't hit them in the face when they open it up. The best thing is you can "size" the bundle to fit the appetite of the child and/or adult. I think they are delicious & easy clean up too!
