1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
10 cheddar cheese slices
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out biscuits on a floured surface into a large 8-9 inch circle.
Place ground beef on one side of the dough.
Top with cheese, and fold dough over pressing edges firmly to seal.
Prick top in 6 places with a fork.
Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake on 375º for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
