3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º .
Place hash browns in a well greased deep baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes.
Reduce oven heat to 350º.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over hash browns, then the ham, then the Monterey Jack cheese.

In a mixing bowl combine eggs and half and half.
Pour over the cheese.
Bake uncovered, about 45 minutes or until the middle is firm.

It can be hard to tell when this is done. Place a knife in the center. It should come out mostly dry. This dish will continue to cook in the middle if you allow it to sit for 10 minutes, so bake carefully.
