1 cup milk
6 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup chopped ham
3/4 cup shredded cheese (your favorite kind, I like Swiss in this recipe.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, eggs, flour and pepper in blender until smooth.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Spread ham over the top and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cooked through.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into squares.
