2 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut shortening into flour mixture with pastry blender or two knives.
Add milk and stir until flour is moist.
Place on lightly floured surface and knead about 15 times.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with round cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
