10 medium white onions, sliced
2/3 c cooking oil
6 lb ground beer
7 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground red pepper
2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp oregano
4 cans of tomatoes
2 cans of tomato paste
3 cans of red kidney beans
3 cans of black beens
1/2 cup of Jim Beam or any available bourbon. I suggest
using the cheap stuff for this. Don't waste the Maker's.

Directions:
1. Cook onions in hot oil until tender, but not brown
2. Add beef sprinkled with all spices and seasonings
3. Break up and brown beef
4. Add tomatoes and paste
5. Add one beer
6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
7. Add second beer
8. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
9. Add beans and bourbon
10. Simmer for 15 minutes
