1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
Few drops lemon juice
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp butter (melted butter will speed process)
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat at high speed 5 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13" ungreased pan at 375º for 35 - 40 minutes. Remove from oven and prick all over with meat fork. Prick to bottom of cake. Apply glaze over cake while hot. Will serve 16 or more.
